Tinned Copper Clad Steel TCCS

Tinned copper-clad steel wire is a new composite material that uses high-quality low-carbon steel as the core wire, is mechanically evenly coated with an oxygen-free copper layer, and then plated with a pure tin layer. Tinned copper-clad steel wire combines the high electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of copper wire with the high strength and bendability of steel wire and the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of tin, and has certain oxidation resistance at high temperatures.
